$60,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Responsibilities
  • Upload store address listings to the OMIS database in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Create and release all work orders before shipment to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and disseminate documentation for printing to support business needs.
  • Maintain and update Region, District, and Store Validity Files to ensure data integrity.
  • Post inventory schedules to LAN and Customer Support Schedule to facilitate coordination.
  • Manage schedules and make adjustments as needed to accommodate changing business requirements.
  • Communicate with clients regarding their questions and requests, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Facilitate last-minute client requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on late or lost shipments to customers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Create and submit client invoices to the billing department for prompt payment.
  • Investigate and follow up with clients regarding missing equipment to prevent delays.
  • Determine equipment forecasting for all clients to optimize resource allocation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, to manage data and perform calculations.
  • Able to multitask, be agile, and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  • Quick and efficient learner of processes and internal software to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an office/business environment to provide a strong foundation for success.
