About the RoleAs a Senior Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in leading strategic partnerships and account management programs for our clients. You will collaborate with our team to develop and elevate clients' digital marketing strategies, leveraging expertise in SEO, paid advertising, and social media. This role is key to fostering strong client relationships, providing exceptional service, and driving results. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their accounts, thrives in a team environment, and is passionate about helping brands succeed. As an account manager, you are the tether that holds everything together while helping to inspire others.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication & Management:- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners.
- Managing relationships and ensuring service expectations are met or exceeded.
- Understand client objectives, anticipate needs, and develop actionable plans to foster growth.
- Address partnership challenges promptly, offering solutions and supporting internal teams in resolving service issues.
- Keep internal teams informed of key initiatives and challenges.
- Ability to build relationships and follow through on recommendations to improve performance, relationships and other aspects of account management.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to create digital marketing strategies that include SEO, paid advertising and social media marketing.
- Analyze account performance using captured data to identify underperforming areas and improve results, aligning campaigns with industry benchmarks.
- Present performance data effectively to clients to help build upon engagements and further partnerships.
- Work with team members to ensure campaigns meet objectives and leverage data insights to drive actionable recommendations.
- Stay informed on industry trends, sharing knowledge to enhance the agency's account management strategy.
- Foster an engaging work environment and coordinate effectively with internal teams, including advertising specialists, and SEO specialists.
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute effective account plans.
- Results-driven, focused on client satisfaction, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Agency experience managing multiple accounts with demonstrated success.
- Franchise or multi-location experience recommended.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Expert knowledge of digital marketing strategies, platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, FB Business Manager), and tools (e.g., WordPress, MS Office products, Accelo).
- Willingness to contribute to a fun, collaborative environment, grow professionally, and get things done.
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday
- Salary: Starting from $70,000/year
- Location: Phoenix, AZ must commute or relocate before starting)
