- Analyze data and process metrics to identify areas for improvement. Utilize statistical tools and methodologies to understand process capabilities and set improvement targets.
- Work closely with other departments, such as production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to implement process improvements. Facilitate and lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving activities.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on continuous improvement techniques and tools. Mentor and coach team members in lean methodologies.
- Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and meet customer expectations. Implement and maintain quality control systems.
- Assess new technologies and automation opportunities. Propose and oversee the integration of new equipment or software that can enhance productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, or a closely related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in a continuous improvement role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven track record in project management and process optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of initiative and independence.
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and expertise.
- Opportunity to lead and shape the financial operations of a prominent manufacturing division.
- Collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
- Professional growth opportunities and the chance to make a significant impact within the organization.
- Comprehensive benefits package including:
