MUST HAVE CHEF/LINE COOK EXPERIENCE

MUST HAVE PROTEIN COOKING EXPERIENCE

Must have line cook experience or Culinary School Experience
You must know how to cook proteins at different temperatures
Must have knife skills
Please be familiar with the preparation of roux's/mother sauces, Braising, and other basic cooking techniques.

IF YOU HAVE ONLY WORKED AT CHAIN FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS YOU NEED NOT APPLY.

The pay will be based on actual experience and skill.
35 hours plus
Sick pay accumulates 1 hour for every 30 hours of work up to 48 hours.
