Job Summary

The Line Cook is a key member of our kitchen team, responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our guests. As a Line Cook, you will work closely with our culinary team to ensure that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of safety and sanitation.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard.
  • Follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality in all dishes.
  • Rotate products according to the FIFO principle to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, utensils, and work areas to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation procedures.
