Job Position: Printing & Duplicating Operator

Location: Flint, MI

Pay Rate: $17.62/hr

Description:

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Printing & Duplicating Operator for a role in Flint, MI. This position involves assisting customers with printing requests, interpreting their requirements, and managing production planning to ensure timely completion. The operator will demonstrate strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to operate all printing equipment. This is a temporary, full-time position, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete printing requests from customers.

  • Coordinate with customers to interpret and fulfill printing requirements.

  • Manage production planning to meet deadlines and turnaround times.

  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the process.

  • Maintain strong organizational skills to manage printing workflows effectively.

  • Operate all printing equipment proficiently.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree and/or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft products.

  • Ability to maintain accurate and complete records.

  • Familiarity with fundamental printing concepts.

Preferred Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience operating similar equipment in a comparable environment.
