Job DescriptionJob Description

USmax Corporation is seeking a Corporate IT & Quality Management Systems Manager to join our corporate team. This role will report to the CFO and manage the corporate IT function, corporate Quality Management Systems (QMS/ISO/CMMI), and other operational support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Corporate IT systems management, administration, and user support, including
    1. Ensuring systems and data security,
    2. Maximizing system availability for end uses
    3. Deltek Costpoint administration and user support
    4. SharePoint administration and user support
    5. Laptop issuance, tracking, and user support,
    6. Company cell phone issuance, tracking, and user support, and
    7. License management for Costpoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and other license driven systems.
  • Corporate QMS management and administration, including
    1. Acting as corporate lead for the Quality Management Systems (QMS), including
      • ISO 90001:2015
      • ISO 20000:2011
      • ISO 27001: 2013
      • CMMI-SVC Level 3
    2. Leads QMS activities, including internal meetings and correspondence
    3. Maintains QMS documentation
    4. Responsible for internal QMS/ISO/CMMI audits, and,
    5. Responsible for successful external QMS/ISO/CMMI audits.
  • Provide other operational support as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be capable of speaking and writing clearly, one-on-one and across the organization.
  • Must possess a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel and Desktop Publishing.
  • Must possess a strong knowledge of web conferencing tools and e-mail applications such as Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and produce accurate, reliable work products.
  • Experience with accounting systems such as Costpoint a plus.

Required Experience:

  • Three (3) years of relevant Corporate IT experience for a government contractor.
  • QMS management experience required.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field preferred.
  • IT certifications preferred.
  • Quality management certifications preferred.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • None, but U.S. citizenship required for facility access.

Work Location / Schedule:

  • Hybrid work schedule; 2 days onsite in Fairfax, VA, and 3 days remote (subject to change).

  • None.
