We are looking to hire a talented, hands-on senior full stack developer who is interested in working on Green Street’s web platform (https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/green-streets-innovative-new-web-platform-delivers-seamlessly-interconnected-commercial-real-estate-intelligence-301501604.html). You will be working on an Agile team dedicated to building and improving this modern web platform that meshes together best-in-class research, news, and data into a customizable UI.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the technology team and stakeholders to develop new modules and applications for Green Street’s SaaS platform.
  • Maintain and enhance Green Street’s existing web applications
  • Understand Green Street's business domains to make informed choices for solution development.
  • Deliver end-to-end solutions, from product inception to launch.
  • Participate in full-stack code and architecture reviews.
  • Contribute to a strong engineering culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of professional full-stack experience in an agile team environment using JavaScript, PHP, Python, SQL, HTML, CSS and/or SASS
  • Experience developing SPA using modern Javascript frameworks (e.g. Vue, React)
  • Experience writing unit tests
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience through coding bootcamp
  • Enjoy problem solving, have excellent communication skills and demonstrate impeccable attention to detail
  • Willingness and desire to keep up with new web technologies, languages, standards, practices
  • Proficiency with Git
  • Proficiency with API development sing REST / GraphQL

Nice-to-Haves:

  • NodeJS microservice experience is a plus
  • Experience building interactive and dynamic map-centric applications leveraging mapping APIs (e.g. Google Maps, Mapbox)
  • Experience creating custom data visualizations (e.g. Highcharts, D3.js, SVG)
  • Comfortable developing in Linux/Docker environment
  • Experience with Elasticsearch, GraphQL, Puppeteer
  • Experience with Laravel
  • Experience with state management (e.g. Vuex, Redux)
  • AWS and DevOps experience
  • Experience in Python

The current offer:

  • Fully remote working until we get an office space – then we would like you to get together 3 days per week
  • Working hours – 11 am – 8 pm EEST ( 3 days/week for the first 6-12 months) – you need to work with our West Coast US tech team
  • Social benefits – now we have only additional health insurance – we’re new to Bulgaria, so give us time to create the best package for you
  • Labor contract – currently we use the services of an international HR company with presence in Bulgaria
  • Salary & bonuses – according to the standard for 2024 in Bulgaria
