Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at Green Street Advisors, LLC. As a key member of our Agile team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our cutting-edge web platform, leveraging modern technologies such as Vue.js, AWS, and custom-built APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the technology team and stakeholders to develop new modules and applications for our SaaS platform.
  • Maintain and enhance our existing web applications.
  • Understand our business domains to make informed choices for solution development.
  • Deliver end-to-end solutions, from product inception to launch.
  • Participate in full-stack code and architecture reviews.
  • Contribute to a strong engineering culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of professional full-stack experience in an agile team environment using JavaScript, PHP, Python, SQL, HTML, CSS, and/or SASS.
  • Experience developing SPA using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Vue, React).
  • Experience writing unit tests.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience through coding bootcamp.
  • Enjoy problem solving, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate impeccable attention to detail.
  • Willingness and desire to keep up with new web technologies, languages, standards, practices.
  • Proficiency with Git.
  • Proficiency with API development using REST/GraphQL.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • NodeJS microservice experience is a plus.
  • Experience building interactive and dynamic map-centric applications leveraging mapping APIs (e.g. Google Maps, Mapbox).
  • Experience creating custom data visualizations (e.g. Highcharts, D3.js, SVG).
  • Comfortable developing in Linux/Docker environment.
  • Experience with Elasticsearch, GraphQL, Puppeteer.
  • Experience with Laravel.
  • Experience with state management (e.g. Vuex, Redux).
  • AWS and DevOps experience.
  • Experience in Python.

What We Offer:

  • Fully remote working until we get an office space – then we would like you to get together 3 days per week.
  • Working hours – 11 am – 8 pm EEST ( 3 days/week for the first 6-12 months) – you need to work with our West Coast US tech team.

  • Labor contract – currently we use the services of an international HR company with presence in Bulgaria.
  • Salary & bonuses – according to the standard for 2024 in Bulgaria.
