What You’ll Be Doing:

· Develop Programs: Design and implement PLC and HMI programs, following SFI standards across 2-3 platforms

· Develop Control System Hardware Designs: Develop custom BOM for control panels, field instruments, and networking hardware

· Lead Path Studies: Conduct and lead radio path studies and prepare reports

· Preform Diagnostics: Work on advanced configurations and diagnostics for wired and radio networks

· Lead Testing and Training: Oversee Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and conduct operator training

· Mentor the Team: Train and mentor Level I Controls Engineers, supporting skill development within the team

You’ll Be the Right Fit if You:

· Have experience with PLC and HMI programming and are familiar with multiple platforms (Rockwell Automation, AutoCAD, Schneider Electric, VTScada, Wonderware, iFix, WINCC)

· Possess knowledge in radio path studies and network configuration

· Have experience leading FAT and conducting operator training

· Are enthusiastic about mentoring and leading junior engineers

· Have experience in the water/waste water industry

· Hold a BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
