We are a premier, luxury dental practice located in the heart of Scottsdale. Our practice is committed to providing exceptional dental care through clinical excellence and a personalized patient experience. We are a fee-for-service practice and a member of the Delta Premier network, experiencing significant growth and welcoming an average of 40 new patients per month.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a busy, modern dental practice with state-of-the-art facilities, including digital and 3D scanning technology. Our ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, values patient education, and is committed to clinical excellence. This position offers the potential for partnership for the right candidate.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on clinical excellence.

- Educate patients about oral health and preventative care.

- Utilize modern dental technology and techniques to enhance patient care.

- Maintain 100% clinical autonomy in treatment decisions.

- Manage and delegate tasks effectively to support staff.

- Proactively manage and meet performance expectations.

**Compensation:**

- Competitive compensation based on collections.

**Qualifications:**

- A minimum of 7 years of clinical dental experience.

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.

- Current Arizona state dental license and malpractice insurance.

- Proficiency in Invisalign, endodontics, and implant restorations.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage and collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.

- Commitment to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations related to dental practice.

**Schedule:** - Part-time position with work hours on Monday and Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
