What You Bring to the Table:
  • DDS or DMD accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry
  • Eligibility for an Arizona dental license
  • Ability to obtain a state-specific oral sedation license
  • Required certifications (DEA, CPR, PALS)
  • American Board of Pediatric Dentistry Board Certification (preferred)
