  • Manage the selection, procurement, installation, and configuration of all technology tools, working with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies related to data security, software usage, and device management to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide direct technical support to internal teams, troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a timely manner, and coordinating with external vendors for complex issues.
  • Work closely with project managers, field teams, and leadership to assess technology needs and implement solutions that streamline operations and improve collaboration across projects.
  • Identify and recommend new technology tools and platforms that can improve business processes, reduce inefficiencies, or enhance communication and reporting on construction projects.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to software applications, ensuring a secure and efficient working environment for all employees.
  • Conduct employee training sessions and create user-friendly documentation to ensure staff are proficient with new systems and tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and developments in the construction industry to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Support business continuity planning by ensuring data backups, disaster recovery plans, and systems redundancies are in place.

What You Bring to The Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management, technology support, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a construction or field-based environment.
  • Strong experience with IT infrastructure management, including cloud-based solutions, networks, and mobile technology.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, or similar platforms) and construction-related software.
  • Experience in vendor management and negotiating technology contracts.
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices and familiarity with compliance regulations (e.g., data protection laws, HIPAA).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to train and mentor staff on the use of technology solutions and provide hands-on support when needed.

What We Offer:

  • Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 commensurate with experience
  • Free medical, dental, and vision insurance for the employee. 75% cost sharing for family coverage including a domestic partner and HSA contributions.
  • Tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment, 401k matching, and 529 college savings plans.
  • 20 days of PTO/year, 7 sick days/year, flexible working arrangements, the latest technology and tools to do your best work.
