Responsibilities for Press Machining Fabricator:

  • Must be able to operate drill, saw, tap, band saw, and various electrical tools.
  • Cut pipe and channels to lengths need for production during the week and fabricate machined parts.
  • Operate various metal cutting and forming machines, which require using different measuring tools.
  • Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures.

 

Qualifications and Requirements for Press Machining Fabricator:

  • Lift or move heavy objects.
  • Work in awkward positions for long period.
  • Handle and hold heavy welding guns.
  • Analytical and Technical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment, especially when working with tight deadlines.
