Skilled Tradesperson

We are seeking an experienced Manual Machinist to join our team at EnerStaff LLC.

Salary: $35-$40 per hour, commensurate with experience.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in machining and fabrication, with a focus on manual machining techniques. They will be responsible for operating various machine tools, including lathes, VTLs, and HBM (horizontal boring machines).

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate lathe and VTL machines to produce high-quality parts.
• Use HBM to perform precision boring operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manual machining and fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of machine tool operation and maintenance.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Work Schedule: The selected candidate will work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, with possible Saturday shifts if needed.
