We are seeking experienced and motivated Tax Managers and Tax Seniors to join a dynamic team. With opportunities to specialize in Research and Development or Real Estate, candidates will contribute their expertise to a collaborative environment and drive growth in complex areas of tax. Located in Dallas, this role is ideal for professionals with a CPA and a strong background in tax compliance and advisory.

Position Titles:

  • Tax Manager or Tax Senior – Dallas preferable – CPA preferable
  • Tax Manager or Tax Senior – Research and Development Specialist
  • Tax Manager or Tax Senior – Real Estate SpecialistKey Responsibilities:
  • Tax Compliance & Advisory: Manage tax compliance and advisory services, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client goals.
  • Research & Development (R&D) Focus: If specializing in R&D, analyze and apply tax credits, incentives, and deductions related to R&D expenses, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Real Estate Focus: If specializing in Real Estate, provide expert tax advice for clients in property acquisition, development, and management, focusing on maximizing deductions and managing tax liabilities.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering clear insights, handling inquiries, and developing strong client relationships.
  • Tax Planning: Implement tax strategies to minimize tax exposure and support business growth, especially in complex or industry-specific scenarios.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and junior staff, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure quality in all deliverables.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on federal, state, and local tax regulations, particularly those impacting R&D or Real Estate, and communicate any changes that may affect clients.

Qualifications:

  • CPA preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 4-8+ years of relevant experience in tax, with specialization in R&D or Real Estate highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an in-depth understanding of tax regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong client-service orientation with an ability to build relationships and maintain trust.
