Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect with proficiency in Revit to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating both single-family and multi-family homes, as we are expanding into the multi-family sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs and plans for single-family and multifamily residential projects using Revit.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership, New Home Specialist, and other stakeholders to understand what is needed in each market.
• Create detailed drawings, renderings, options and elevations.
• Conduct site visits as needed to view new product during construction
• Make creative changes quickly to address any HOA feedback/needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit is required.
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience in single-family and multifamily residential projects.
• Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
