Architect - Revit Specialist

Brown Haven Homes is seeking a skilled Architect with Revit experience to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating architectural designs and plans for single-family and multifamily residential projects using Revit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed drawings, renderings, options, and elevations for residential projects.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Conduct site visits to view new product during construction.
• Make creative changes quickly to address HOA feedback and needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit is required.
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience in single-family and multifamily residential projects.
• Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
