Stratez Infotech is seeking to fill the position of Databricks Architect/SME for one of our customers. Stratez Infotech is a Minority Small Business offering cutting-edge, data-driven technology solutions.   • Position: Databricks Architect/SME
  • Location: Remote
  • Clearance: IRS/MBI Clearance 
  • Position Type: Full-time position

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of data architecture solutions for virtualization, big data analytics, and cloud computing.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and technology teams to resolve routine data architecture-related issues.
  • Introduce best practices and develop plans using tools like Closure, Scala, Python, and R for data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence projects.
  • Lead a team in designing, developing, testing, and delivering cloud solution components.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and developers to ensure requirements are met and solutions delivered on time.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a data analytics discipline.
  • Expertise with the Databricks platform, security features, Unity Catalog, and data access control mechanisms.
  • Experience with data classification and masking techniques.
  • Proven ability to work with business and IT groups to coordinate data analytics activities.
  • Experience leading major consulting assignments in data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
  • Knowledge of data security principles and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Master’s degree in Mathematics or Statistics.
