Darien Wellness is seeking licensed, skilled, and caring LCSWs, LPCs, LMFTs, Psychologists, APRNs and Psychiatrists to join our dynamic and growing behavioral health practice. Our Colorado headquarters is in Boulder but we will be serving clients across the region via the Internet.

Positions may be filled by either independent contractors or employees, depending on the candidate's availability, training and experience.

We provide a genuine Private Practice experience without all the hassle No marketing, billing, coding, collections or cleaning--we want you to do what you do best--make people’s lives better

We are contracting with clinicians that will work remotely across our great state of Colorado. We anticipate a need for a mix of remote and in-person visits (in our offices scattered across the state) but you determine if you ever want to see clients in person or want to work completely from home. After the pandemic, it seems telemedicine is here to stay.

Competitive compensation: part timers earn $40 up to $60 an hour depending on licensing, years of experience and training; full-time employees make $78-100k annually with full benefits

  • Consistent referrals: Full clinical caseload can be established within the first 30 days.
  • Flexible schedule: You are always in control of your schedule and appointment times. Darien Wellness can be full-time salary or a supplement to your current income.
  • Engaged clients: You are only connected with clients who fit your specific areas of expertise (our no-show rate for new clients was less than 1% in 2021)
  • Autonomy over clinical decisions: You are the licensed and trained clinician and we will defer to your clinical judgment and expertise about the most effective and clinically appropriate approach for each client.
  • Personalized marketing: You will have your own website and profile that is optimized for you based on your location, expertise, and availability.
  • No-Show Protection
  • On-Line "Coffee Hours" and "Game Times" where you can meet other members of our group, play games, share photos and win prizes
  • Full clinical caseload is typically established within the first 90 days (after credentialing) but as mentioned above, that could happen a lot sooner.
