Description
  • Set up, operate, and maintain a Nilpeter FA-17 flexographic press in a safe, efficient manner, ensuring all customer requirements (quality, safety, and on-time delivery) are met
  • Troubleshoot press problems and take corrective action to ensure the job is completed to customer specifications
  • Perform periodic scheduled maintenance, including minor repairs
  • Maintain accurate records and coordinate with management regarding production issues
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and core processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of five years of Nilpeter FA Series experience preferred
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Good attendance record
  • Ability to maintain the highest safety standards
  • Ability to meet or exceed company productivity and waste metrics
