Nilpeter Flexographic Press Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nilpeter Flexographic Press Operator to join our team at Upland Label. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our Nilpeter FA-17 flexographic press to ensure high-quality products and efficient production processes.

• Press Operation: Set up and operate the Nilpeter FA-17 flexographic press to produce high-quality labels, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot press problems and take corrective action to ensure the job is completed to customer specifications.
• Maintenance: Perform periodic scheduled maintenance, including minor repairs, to ensure the press is in good working condition.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and coordinate with management regarding production issues.
• Compliance: Comply with company policies, procedures, and core processes.

• Experience: Minimum of five years of Nilpeter FA Series experience preferred.
• Skills: Good mathematical skills, strong mechanical aptitude, basic computer skills, and ability to read a tape measure.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Physical Demands: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Compensation: Pay starting at $25/hr, depending on experience.
