CNC Machinist

Talento Search Group has an opening for a CNC Machinist in Alabaster, Alabama.  This is a direct-hire position and it's working in an air conditioned environment 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Plan machining operation by reviewing blueprints, work orders, engineering drawings, and machining parameters
Machine materials to customer specifications
Program machines 
Change tooling, setup machines, transfer commands to CNC modules
operate CNC machines, and insert control instructions
Review program specifications to set machine parameters
Modify cutting programs
Control coolant systems and maintain machines
Clean machines
Perform manual machining on manual lathes, drill presses, and mills

Experience Needed:

At least 5 years of CNC machining experience
Must have CNC programming experience
Experience with Milltronics MB20 CNC is preferred
Apprenticeship or technical degree in CNC Machining is preferred
