Job Summary

Talento Search Group is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Alabaster, Alabama. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for planning and executing machining operations, ensuring high-quality products and meeting customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute machining operations, reviewing blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings.
  • Machine materials to customer specifications, using CNC machines and programming expertise.
  • Program and operate CNC machines, including setup, tooling, and control instructions.
  • Review program specifications to set machine parameters and modify cutting programs as needed.
  • Clean and maintain machines, and perform manual machining on manual lathes, drill presses, and mills.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of CNC machining experience.
  • CNC programming experience and proficiency with Milltronics MB20 CNC is preferred.
  • Apprenticeship or technical degree in CNC Machining is preferred.
