This organization is embarking on an ambitious digital marketing transformation to expand brand reach, refine customer targeting, enhance personalization, and boost overall marketing efficiency. As part of this agile team, you will optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive growth and customer retention.Primary Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and analyze marketing data, generating reports and collaborating with teams to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
  • Ensure integration and quality of campaign data for consistency and accuracy.
  • Apply data-driven insights to advance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Gather, clean, and organize data from diverse sources for precise analysis.
  • Data Extensions: Create and manage data extensions for efficient storage and use within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Automation: Build automation workflows for lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Campaign Analysis: Analyze key campaign metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates) to assess performance.
  • Customer Insights: Identify trends in customer behavior to guide marketing strategies.
  • Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to share insights with stakeholders.
  • Segmentation: Segment audiences to drive targeted and personalized marketing.
  • Optimization: Recommend data-driven improvements to optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high data quality and ensure timely, accurate messaging.
  • Personalization: Use data insights to craft personalized customer experiences.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing teams to deliver data-driven solutions tailored to their needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
  • 5+ years in marketing technology, including 1-2 years in data manipulation, interpretation, and report writing.
  • Proven experience with data and campaign management within Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Professional Competencies:
  • Data Architecture: Skilled in designing and managing data structures.
  • Data Modeling: Proficient in creating models for complex data relationships.
  • SQL: Advanced SQL skills for database querying and management.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Tools: Familiar with AMPScript, SSJS, and Guide Template Language.
  • Data Extensions: Expert in managing data extensions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Data Quality Management: Capable of maintaining data accuracy and managing duplicates.
Compensation:Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000, with a competitive benefits package, including a pension plan.
