Learning Development Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Drive the instructional design process from conception to reinforcement, ensuring projects are completed on time, budget and with in scope.
- Apply instructional design theories, models, and best practices to develop effective learning solutions for individual contributors, managers and leaders.
- Design and integrate multimedia elements such as graphic, videos, and interactive activities to enhance learning experiences.
- Develop and implement assessment tools such as quizzes, practical exercises and feedback forms to measure effectiveness of instructional material and training programs.
- Track and report key metrics
- Monitor and solicit feedback on all training programs and materials, ensuring accuracy, relevance and effectiveness.
- Utilize a variety of instructional methods including e Learning, blended learning, virtual classrooms, and in-person workshops to cater to different learner preferences and maximize retention.
- Support train-the-trainer sessions when needed and provide ongoing support and analysis to ensure effective application of training content
Qualifications/Skill
1-3 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or related role.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, organizational development or related field preferred.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), eLearning authoring tools (Articulate preferred) and other relevant software tools.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
Experience designing and delivering learning programs including eLearning and in-person training.
Project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable collaborating with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to achieve learning objectives.
Exhibits an eye for design, creating engaging materials that captivate participants and enhance the learning experience.
Strong analytical skills to assess learning outcomes and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
