Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Product Designer to own the design of our cutting-edge products at Over The Top (OTT). In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for our suite of digital marketing solutions, including our proprietary lead management system and agency tools and dashboards. As the sole designer, you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of the design process, collaborating with a dynamic, cross-functional team to deliver innovative solutions that exceed client expectations and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points related to our products, translating insights into actionable design solutions.

  • Own the creation of wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

  • Develop clean, user-friendly interfaces that enhance usability and engagement.

  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to implement design best practices and ensure a cohesive product vision.

  • Present design concepts to stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating on designs to achieve optimal user experiences.

  • Proactively identify and resolve UX issues, continuously enhancing the user experience and keeping our products at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing for web-based applications.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Expertise in Figma and other modern design tools.

  • Strong user-centered design skills.

  • Experience in user research and usability testing.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Ability to navigate and succeed in ambiguous uncharted problem spaces

  • Diligent in failing fast

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in digital marketing or lead management products.

  • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
