We are seeking a Florida Licensed Architect to become part of our team as we experience consistent growth throughout Northeast Florida.

General Overview and Tasks:

  • Lead and contribute to the design and planning phases of residential and commercial projects.Develop creative and functional solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations.
  • Proficiently use AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software to produce accurate and detailed drawings.
  • Prepare comprehensive construction documents and specifications.
  • Oversee and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Florida building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
  • Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes and regulations.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging open communication and idea-sharing among team members.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, nurturing their professional development and helping them reach their full potential.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their vision and requirements, building strong relationships based on trust and effective communication.
  • Uphold a commitment to excellence by ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and adherence to design principles.
  • Identify training and development opportunities for team members, contributing to the continuous improvement of the overall skill set within the firm.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Florida Architect License.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a licensed architect.
  • Proven track record of successfully completing residential and commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
  • Strong knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve complex design challenges.
  • Strong conceptual and design skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in drafting, documentation, and project management.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality deliverables.
