Krazan & Associates is seeking an experienced IT Director for our Clovis corporate office. NOTE:  Start date for this position is January 2025. Ideal candidates must possess good communication and decision-making skills, be self-disciplined, highly motivated, and demonstrate the ability to work independently and also integrate well into other internal teams. The IT Director works under the administrative direction of the CFO and will manage and supervise our organization's technical operations which include overseeing 11 Branch offices (3 in Washington State and 8 in California) IT related functions and ensuring all technology systems and applications support the organization's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  •  Manage the company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems.
  •  Develop strategy as it relates to the organization's IT infrastructure (computer and information systems, security, communication systems).
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Integrate vendor supplied technologies with internal platforms.
  • Manage projects related to the implementation of new systems and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating IT projects in line with organizational objectives.
  • Consult senior-level management to identify business and technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology.
  • Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring the system performance.
  • Identifying vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems.
  •  Keep up to date with new and emerging technologies and recommend how they can be leveraged to improve business operations.
  • Provide direction, guidance, and training to staff.
  • Ensuring reported issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an IT Director or similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows, Linux and iOS.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations.
  • Experience in strategic planning and budgeting.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with both internal and external teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • A full comprehension of command line Linux is necessary.
  • Full understanding of open-source email communication platforms.
  •  Experience as a full stack developer utilizing PHP, JS and MySQL is a serious plus
  • Comfortable coding using VBA for form creation in both Word and Excel
  •  Become familiar with FileMaker Pro in order to provide development support
  •  Understanding of management platforms for computers and phones

Pay Range: $115,764-$126,000
