You’ll be partnering directly with us—working closely with our business manager, owning your KPIs, and playing a key role in taking our $2+ million company to new heights. Our office environment is formal, professional, and polite, with a team that’s driven, innovative, and committed to growth.

 

What we offer you:

• $60,000/year salary

• 3 weeks of vacation

• Monthly bonus (use it for healthcare or however you choose)

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (occasional weekend surprises)

 

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check

• Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of management experience, leading 10-20 field techs

• HR expertise—recruitment, customer service, and mentoring are at the core of this role

• Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (think Friday night restaurant rush or a busy ER)

• Willingness to travel to Bluffton, SC multiple times a week to oversee jobs and network
