Job DescriptionJob Description

Description of Duties:

  • Initiate and complete selection process for customers online orders. 
  • Manage the E-Commerce website  to ensure it meets brand goals and customer expectations.
  • Pull, prepare, and ship all orders within expected timeframes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve quality and traffic acquisition
  • Monitor operational performance to maintain efficient and effective order delivery
  • Working with other teams, such as customer service, logistics, and finance, to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
  • Processing orders received through the e-commerce platform and picking, preparing, and packing orders.
  • Coordinating the timely pickup of packages by shipping carriers and submitting shipment manifests.
  • Ensuring daily goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met.
  • Overseeing inventory and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Managing sales,  setting revenue targets, and controlling prices and special sales.
  • Maintain constant communication with managers and warehouses.   

Required Experience:

 

  • 2 years of previous experience as Supervisor
  • Possess a solid understanding of E-Commerce frameworks.
  • Experience working with web analytic tools and digital marketing channels
  • Have the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment at the same time.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

 

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
