We are seeking Direct Support Professional's (DSP) to join our team You will assist in the daily care of individuals with mental health needs & developmentally disabled individuals.

$500 Sign On BONUS AFTER 90 DAYS IF YOU ALREADY HAVE CURRENT CPR & MED-PASS CERTIFICATIONS

Pay rates adjusted with experience, certifications and level of care required

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, life essentials
  • Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties that might include upper management or SSA's
  • Collaborate with clients, families and supervisors for best care opportunities
  • Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment while providing a fun packed plan so that all clients can "Live Life on Their Terms"

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in personal care or other related fields is great, but not required
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and other staff members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Can not have any qualifying criminal convictions that would not allow you to be state approved
  • Be able to complete medication certification & CPR within 30 days of being hired (Company provided)
