Your Role:

As a Solar Sales Representative with Rogue Solar, you’ll step in once our pre-qualified leads are ready for in-home consultations. You’ll act as both a sales expert and a trusted advisor, providing tailored solar solutions that meet the unique needs of each homeowner. Your role will involve:

  • Conducting in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads

  • Guiding homeowners through customized solar options

  • Closing deals and ensuring a smooth transition to solar

  • Fostering trust and building long-term relationships

  • Acting as a go-to advisor for any questions or concerns throughout the process

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience preferred, but we value the right attitude and work ethic

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with homeowners

  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a commission-based environment

  • Passion for renewable energy and helping others transition to solar
