We are seeking an E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to join our team

Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaign Management: Assists with the planning, designing, and testing of email campaigns. Analyzes campaign performance to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies.
  • Digital Asset Coordination: Coordinates digital assets and performs quality checks to ensure accurate product data.
  • Audience Management: Manages email lists, researches target segments, and defines appropriate audiences for various campaigns.
  • Tool and Technology Testing: Tests new tools, technologies, and channels; uses SEO tools to enhance email content and messaging.
  • Data Analysis: Tracks site traffic, user behavior, and trends. Reports and analyzes program effectiveness to inform data-driven recommendations and continuous improvement.
  • Marketing Platform Utilization: Uses marketing platforms to create and implement email campaigns focused on promotions and customer engagement.
  • ERP Systems Management: Utilizes multiple ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, Odoo) to streamline operations and enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Takes on other projects and responsibilities as assigned by the company.

Qualifications:​​​​​​

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in email marketing or a similar digital marketing role.
  • Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, iContact, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail, particularly in monitoring and analyzing reports.
  • Project Management: Ability to work efficiently while managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong skills in planning, organizing, and adjusting to fluctuating assignments and workloads.
  • Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with SEO systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent skills in reviewing outgoing correspondence and reports for proper format, grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
  • Initiative: Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong initiative and conducting thorough quality checks of all work produced.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Liberal Arts, or a related field or equivalent related experience in digital marketing and/or graphic design. Must have High School Diploma.
