The Role: working with credit cards product development you’re in a pivotal role that drives the growth and success of the card services portfolio. This position is responsible for developing, enhancing, and implementing innovative products that meet the evolving needs of the Credit Union members. The focus is on delivering high-quality member service through modern, humanized interactions and leveraging new technologies to create exceptional card service experiences. You can also look forward to the following:

  • Leading the development, enhancement and implementation of existing and new card products and programs, including features, benefits and pricing, and value proposition to achieve profitable growth, competitive research, industry trends and ROI analysis
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and business lines to oversee the daily management of card services products operational compliance, sales and efficiency
  • Acting as a business analyst to optimize card networks, leveraging data analytics and market insights to maximize interchange income and enhance network efficiencies
  • Coordinating and implementing new features and technologies to further enhance the debit and credit card programs while ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines
  • Educate and present information to all levels of leadership and employees by delivering highly skilled and expert level PowerPoint decks. Must have experience leveraging the program to tell meaningful stories

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree and/or completion of a credit union management program or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of Card Services or Product Management experience, preferably with a credit union or financial institution
  • Highly skilled, expert level PowerPoint. Experience leveraging the program to tell meaningful story to all levels of leadership and employees
  • Strong project management and leadership, to help develop, challenge, and motivate others
  • Integrity: Willingness to undergo thorough background checks, credit checks, and drug screening

What We Offer:

  • Base Pay: Final offer will be determined based on experience, education, training/certifications and specialized skills. The annual salary range for this role is $89,364 - $94,000.
