Title: Marketing Specialist
Duration: 6 Months Initially - Possibility of Extension/Conversion
Location: Maple Grove, MN (3 days in office) - HYBRID ROLE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional partners and external vendors to create or revise marketing materials
  • Interface with Regulatory and utilize Aprimo system to manage material approvals
  • Overall project management and tracking to ensure alignment with budget and timeline
  • Own product categories as assigned
  • Collaborate with global regions on product needs
  • Manage backorders, including communication on backorders
  • Own internal sales newsletter
  • Manage supply chain/demand planning on assigned product categories
  • Field questions from regional marketing colleagues
  • Respond to sales rep questions
  • Assist in developing sales training content
  • Serve as backup to Brand Activation Managers and Product Managers in their day-to-day work, taking on additional projects and tasks as they arise

Minimum requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing or Business) Firm.
  • Project management skillset (certification not required)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or business
  • Strong communications skills
  • Quick learner with ability to work independently
  • Must be competent in Microsoft Office, savvy in using technical systems, able to learn new software comfortably
  • Med Device (or other regulated industry) experience

Preferred:

  • Experience with Aprimo digital asset management.
  • Experience working within a large, matrixed organization
  • 5 years of experience in Marketing, communications, or business
