Job DescriptionJob Description

Erwin Electric is currently seeking an Experienced Electrical Project Manager to supervise a variety of commercial construction projects from Temp Power to Punch List. An ideal candidate will have a background as an electrician combined with management experience in commercial construction. We seek someone who excels at problem-solving, and delegation and possesses outstanding communication skills.Top of FormBottom of Form

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all project phases, ensuring effective planning and execution.
  • Oversee field operations, including scheduling, procurement, and budget control.
  • Handle contract changes, track and approve change orders.
  • Prepare and submit accurate monthly draw requests.
  • Attend job site meetings and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects, conduct site visits, and meet quality, safety, and manpower goals.
  • Address issues related to Change Orders, RFIs, inspections, and punch list items.
  • Create and manage Submittals, RFIs, As-built Drawings, and Close-Out documents.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring safety compliance with the Safety Advisor.

Qualifications:

  • Strong time-management, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • BS or Construction Management degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of project management experience preferred.
  • Electrical experience (journeyman or master license preferred).
  • Ability to read blueprints, prepare construction schedules, and use project management tools.

Other Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Background check and drug screen required.
