Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation and enhance patient quality of life.
- Work closely with patients, providing hands-on therapy and support to help them achieve their maximum physical recovery.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of therapy treatments and communicate patients' progress with clarity and empathy.
- Record and document all patient care services accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and well-rounded care for every patient.
- Participate in clinic initiatives to promote patient education and engagement in their recovery journey.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or a related field is essential.
- Ability to handle a physical workload while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and foster trust.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective patient interactions and documentation.
- Strong leadership qualities and a passion for mentoring others in the field.
