Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to spearhead the advancement of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) application into a robust, fully integrated solution. This role is pivotal in optimizing user interface (UI) and experience (UX), integrating data systems, and delivering scalable improvements tailored to a holistic healthcare wellness platform. The platform spans services including medical, medspa, fitness, telehealth, restaurant, and more.

As a key member of a lean internal team, you’ll interface with diverse stakeholders, including external developers and clinical experts, to align technology with business goals. Success requires managing rapid development cycles in a dynamic start-up environment while meeting the unique needs of healthcare systems and users.

Core Responsibilities

1. Product Leadership:

  • Oversee Agile-driven development using frameworks such as Flutter and Scrum.

  • Prioritize, scope, and document features for mobile and web applications to enhance end-user and care team functionality.

  • Drive the transition from MVP to advanced versions, emphasizing scalability, integration, and usability.

2. AI and Data Integration:

  • Lead the design and implementation of client-facing Large Language Models (LLMs) for healthcare automation and interaction.

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to scope, develop, test, and deploy AI-driven solutions.

  • Manage API integrations across various data sources and system types to ensure seamless functionality.

3. User-Centered Design and Collaboration:

  • Elevate the application’s UX by closely collaborating with design teams and healthcare stakeholders.

  • Gather, analyze, and incorporate user feedback to refine workflows and prioritize updates.

  • Develop staged product enhancements with medical teams, balancing innovation with clinical efficiency.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the liaison between leadership, sponsors, developers, and external vendors.

  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align on goals, resolve conflicts, and streamline execution.

  • Ensure requirements are meticulously documented to guide development teams effectively.

5. Roadmap and Documentation:

  • Create detailed product roadmaps in Jira, aligning development priorities with business objectives.

  • Maintain comprehensive Airtable records and documentation to support decision-making and sprint planning.

  • Coordinate regular status updates and stakeholder reviews.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in healthcare IT or app development.

  • Proven success in developing MVPs into mature, scalable applications.

  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven projects, including scoping and deploying multi-chained LLMs.

  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, Flutter frameworks, and tools like Jira and Airtable.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Extensive API integration experience with varied systems and protocols.

  • Demonstrated skill in creating intuitive, user-focused applications that align with healthcare standards.

  • Strong command of requirements gathering and documentation for multi-disciplinary internal operational teams and external development teams.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for remote collaboration via Zoom.

  • Ability to adapt to rapid shifts in priorities, budgets, and timelines in a start-up environment.

  • Skilled in fostering relationships across technical, clinical, and executive audiences.

Additional Details

This remote position requires flexibility for occasional travel and availability for partner calls across time zones. The role emphasizes collaboration, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to deliver cutting-edge solutions in the healthcare space.
