We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in our stainless steel production process by operating and programming CNC machines to create precision components that meet our high-quality standards. Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
  • Interpret technical blueprints and diagrams to determine machining requirements
  • Monitor the machining process and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure they remain in good working order
  • Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to specifications
  • Troubleshoot machining problems and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes
  • Maintain accurate records of production outputs and machine maintenance logs

Requirements

  • 5-axis horizontal milling experience
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications with metal material
  • Experience with various CNC machines and tools, including lathes and mills
  • Strong understanding of machining processes, including milling, turning, and grinding
  • Ability to use precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
