CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Interpret technical blueprints and diagrams to determine machining requirements
- Monitor the machining process and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure they remain in good working order
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to specifications
- Troubleshoot machining problems and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes
- Maintain accurate records of production outputs and machine maintenance logs
Requirements
- 5-axis horizontal milling experience
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications with metal material
- Experience with various CNC machines and tools, including lathes and mills
- Strong understanding of machining processes, including milling, turning, and grinding
- Ability to use precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
