Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced specialist to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will have a strong hospital-based Revenue Cycle Management background and a keen understanding of Compliance and Regulatory issues.

Responsibilities

· Consulting Facilitator

o Provide strategic guidance to our teams on revenue cycle management, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

o Analyze complex healthcare systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

o Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize revenue cycle performance and reduce costs.

o Opportunities to prepare various highly professional documents for clients

· Revenue Cycle Expertise:

o Conduct in-depth assessments of billing and coding practices to identify areas for improvement.

o Analyze clinical and financial claims data to identify trends, patterns, and potential revenue leakage.

o Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue accuracy, reduce financial risks and accelerate payment cycles.

· Compliance and Regulatory:

o Stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statute.

o Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.

o Develop and implement compliance plans to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence.

· Team Collaboration:

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

o Share knowledge and expertise with team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle with some experience with compliance.

· Demonstrated time-management skills to work independently and with the team on multiple assignments and priorities.

· Strong communication, attention to details and interpersonal skills.

· Proven ability to develop and deliver high-quality, client-centric solutions.

· Healthcare consulting experience a plus.

· Knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, operations, best practices and industry trends.

· Relevant certifications (e.g., CHC, Six Sigma) helpful
