About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Supportive Care Team, you will provide personalized care and assistance to residents in our nursing and personal care/assisted living departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care that prioritizes resident safety and comfort during daily activities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Transport residents to activities, dining services, appointments, and chapel services as recommended by the Rehab Department

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Compensation:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.14 for this part-time position, located in North Huntingdon.
