PEST MANAGEMENT APPRENTICE - FULL TIME PAID APPRENTICESHIP

Our apprenticeship is a great opportunity to enter a trade without the cost of higher education classes. Our apprentices are in-training to become NYS DEC certified technicians. They are courteous, observant, empathetic, and focused on serving our customers. They enjoy solving puzzles and tenaciously conquering a challenge. We are a local, family owned business that values and appreciates the contribution of every team member. In addition to paid sick and vacation time, health insurance, and retirement contribution, we also provide all training and pay for exams and ongoing classes to achieve and maintain certification with the NYS DEC for qualified candidates.

WE EXPECT OUR APPRENTICES TO:

SUCCESSFUL APPRENTICES WILL:

WE REQUIRE OUR APPRENTICES TO:

  • Possess a valid driving record that meets company standards
  • Be comfortable working with insects and various animals in a variety of environmental conditions and confined spaces
  • Pass a respirator fit test
  • Satisfactorily complete initial technical training program
  • Possess the physical ability to set up and work off of a 20+ foot extension ladder
  • Work independently and manage time appropriately

 

Company DescriptionPerimetek Pest Management, Corp. was founded in 2008 by industry veteran, Andrew Sanefski. It began as a family-owned business operating out of a small home office and garage in Cicero, NY. With a focus on superior service and technical expertise, Perimetek grew steadily.
After more than a decade serving commercial and residential clientele, Perimetek is still family-owned and has expanded its service territory to include northern and western NY.
