iOS Developer (Enterprise Focus)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated iOS Developer with a strong focus on enterprise applications to join our team. This role is perfect for an experienced developer with a proven track record of building and deploying iOS apps for corporate environments. You'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining critical applications used by our workforce. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements associated with enterprise iOS development, including a strong grasp of iOS development infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy robust and user-friendly enterprise iOS applications tailored to specific business needs, with a focus on SwiftUI.
  • Ensure seamless integration with enterprise mobility management tools like Microsoft InTune and identity providers such as OKTA for application management and user authentication.
  • Manage private app store deployment processes, ensuring compliance with enterprise distribution standards and security protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure application functionality aligns with business objectives and user needs.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and optimize application performance to enhance user experience and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in iOS development, including new technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our mobile development processes and standards.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience building and deploying enterprise-grade iOS applications, specifically within a corporate setting.
  • Extensive experience with SwiftUI for building business applications.
  • Strong understanding of mobile application security best practices and enterprise compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Highly Desired Qualifications:

  • Significant experience with iOS development infrastructure, including continuous delivery, build systems (e.g., Xcode Server, Fastlane), and automated testing (unit and UI testing).
  • Proven expertise with Microsoft InTune, OKTA, and private app store deployment processes.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with GraphQL (especially Apollo).
  • Familiarity with Datadog for application monitoring.
  • Experience handling offline scenarios in iOS applications.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the iOS development community.
  • Experience with iOS data persistence mechanisms (Core Data, Realm, etc.).
