Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor research; analyze consumer behavior and compile comprehensive reports.
  • Support marketing strategy and planning, including analyzing sales forecasts, updating marketing calendars, and organizing promotional presentations.
  • Communicate campaign objectives, deliverables, and timelines to the marketing team.
  • Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings, ensuring all logistics and promotional materials are executed flawlessly.
  • Maintain and update sales support materials, coordinating new material creation as needed.
  • Research and recommend new customer sources and market opportunities.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, vendors, and print providers to produce promotional materials.

  • Oversee the delivery and quality of POP (Point of Purchase) kits, managing the printing and distribution process.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and manage promotional requests with accuracy and consistency.
  • Review and approve promotional elements; create promotional playbooks.
  • Track and resolve any issues with POP kits post-delivery.
  • Calculate promotional rebate payments, generate invoices, and liaise with accounting and vendors.
  • Lead weekly meetings with print vendors; update project trackers.
  • Develop new POP elements and prioritize project timelines with print providers.
  • Communicate progress and timelines to stakeholders, ensuring all requests are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in graphic design, marketing, or advertising.
  • Education: Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing and leading SEO/SEM, display advertising, social media, email, and marketing database campaigns. Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for articulating marketing plans and collaborating with various departments and external partners.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent for representing the organization in public events, media interactions, and trade shows.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications, with a good grasp of generating reports, viewing metrics, and sharing data.
  • Additional Requirements: Ability to provide examples of previous campaigns and projects managed. Must be willing to travel 10%-20% of the time.
