Job Description


  • Process daily orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Handle documentation for inbound and outbound inventory.

  • Collaborate on inventory management, including stock rotation and order fulfillment.

  • Maintain organized records and transactions and prepare reports.

  • Communicate with internal teams for seamless coordination.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments

  • Other general supply chain/office operations duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s or College degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 2-3 years related supply chain experience.

  • Experience in import and export customs clearance is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take on new challenges.

  • Bilingual in Mandarin is required.
