Senior Analytics Architect – Supply Chain

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)

Salary: $180-200k base + Equity


We are looking for a Senior Analytics Architect to join a leading medical technology company specializing in minimally invasive surgical systems. In this role, you will design and implement data solutions that drive insights and support decision-making across the supply chain.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design robust data architectures that align with the business needs of the supply chain and planning teams, converting complex business challenges into scalable and efficient data models.
  • Lead the architecture and implementation of analytics dashboards, ensuring that data systems deliver high-quality insights to enhance visibility into core business operations.
  • Partner with IT and applications teams to manage the impact of digital transformation projects on data models and ensure seamless integration of new solutions into existing architecture.
  • Use SQL and Tableau to architect and prototype data solutions that address specific business problems, helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with IT architects to optimize data flows across ERP and supply chain systems, ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of analytics solutions.
  • Convert business issues into well-architected, data-driven solutions that align with organizational strategy and can be scaled across the business.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in data architecture and analytics, with a focus on designing solutions that support complex business processes.
  • Advanced skills in SQL and experience with data warehousing platforms, ideally Snowflake, to ensure optimized data management and accessibility.
  • Strong expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, with the ability to architect insightful, user-friendly dashboards that drive decision-making across the business.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, with a deep understanding of how supply chain data flows through various business systems.
  • Approximately 10 years in analytics architecture, with a preference for candidates who have experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or similar industries.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical architecture and data solutions to both business and technical stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • A solution-oriented thinker who can bridge the gap between business problems and technical data solutions, providing insights that drive measurable results.
