Job DescriptionJob Description
  • Prepare food for frying, including breading, battering, and portioning. 
  • Stock the fry station with necessary ingredients and supplies
  • Operate the deep fryer, maintaining the correct oil temperature. 
  • Fry food items according to established cooking times and standards 
  • Monitor the fryer to prevent overcooking or burning
  • keep the fry station clean and organized, including wiping down surfaces, removing grease splatters, and disposing of waste. 
  • Clean and maintain the deep fryer according to sanitation guidelines. 
  • Follow proper food safety procedures
  • Assisting with prep work for other kitchen stations as needed. 
  • Rotating oil in the fryer as required. 
  • Communicating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow 
  • Monitoring inventory levels and informing management when supplies are low 

  • Required skills and qualifications:
    Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food safety practices
    Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    Attention to detail to ensure proper cooking times and quality
    Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
    Ability to work well under pressure
    Food handler's certification
