Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Chef - Food Preparation Specialist to join our team at WINGSVILLE LLC.

Estimated Salary Range:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare high-quality food items for frying, including breading, battering, and portioning. Ensure proper cooking times and quality.
  • Fry Station Management: Stock the fry station with necessary ingredients and supplies, maintain the correct oil temperature, and rotate oil as required.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Keep the fry station clean and organized, wiping down surfaces, removing grease splatters, and disposing of waste. Clean and maintain the deep fryer according to sanitation guidelines.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow and assist with prep work for other kitchen stations as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cooking Skills: Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and lifting heavy items.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Certification: Food handler's certification required.
