Job Description:

Join our team as an Assembly Operator and contribute to the production of high-quality electronic components.

As an Assembly Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, operating various assembly equipment and ensuring the quality of our products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assembly: Operate manual, automatic, and semi-automatic assembly equipment.
  • Inspection: Inspect products using high-power and low-power microscopes.
  • Quality control: Follow defined specifications and ensure product quality.
  • Training: Train new employees on equipment operation and assembly processes.
  • Documentation: Utilize computer-based systems to track and document production data.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in electronic/semiconductor assembly is preferred
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Stable work history
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
